This NorthStar Horizontal/Vertical Log Splitter is powered by a quality Honda GC engine. The 4in. x 24in. cylinder splits logs up to 25in.L in either in a vertical or horizontal position. Features a 2-stage Barnes pump, which decreases cycle time by delivering high flow/low pressure when there is no resistance and low flow/high pressure when cutting through a log to reduce travel time and increase productivity. Uses a horizontal-shaft engine, engineered for a long life. Add the exclusive NorthStar 4-way wedge wings (Item# 1143, sold separately) to quarter logs in one split instead of three.
